Terms and Condition: ‘The Best Caption Wins!’ contest is open to all fans of Simmons (S.E.A) Facebook page except Simmons’ employees, sales representatives, distributors, affiliated advertising and immediate families. ‘The Best Caption Wins!’ contest is open to citizen and permanent residents in Singapore. Entrant will have to register at www.simmons.com.sg with his/her correct email, contact number, name and NRIC No. Entrant will need to provide a Caption for the photos uploaded by Simmons (S.E.A) using “comment” command. Entries are accepted only in accordance with the procedures mentioned above. Contests will start on dates as below: o 1st part – 26th April ‘10 o 2nd part – 10th May ‘10 o 3rd part – 24th May ‘10 o 4th part – 7th June ‘10 Contest ends on 13th June ’10. Announcement of winner is via Simmons (S.E.A) Facebook page. Notification of winner is via email. All prizes must be collected within 30 days of notification or it will be forfeited. Winning Caption is selected based on the creativity and concept that best expresses the image. Simmons (S.E.A) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and condition and its decision is final.
