Being Simmons' esteemed customers, upon purchase and receipt of Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ mattress, you are automatically registered in our Simmons warranty programme. This warranty is vaild in Singapore market and any mattresses shipped outside of Singapore will not be covered.

As Simmons value our customers, for record and retention purposes, Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ customers will also receive the following items upon delivery:

1. Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ Warranty Letter, Warranty Card in a specially hand-made Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ Folder, and
2. Simmons Beautyrest Black Brochure.

Customers of Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ mattress will also receive a specially designed Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ card that entitles you for further savings on future purchase of Simmons products. If you do not receive the above items, please contact Simmons Customer Service at (65) 6294-2278 or e-mail us at custsvs@simmons.com.sg to enquire. We will be able to advise you if your Simmons® Beautyrest Black™ mattress is within Singapore market warranty.
